donky pitch: one of the most innovative, influential, and unexpected pioneers of the electronic scene who, for a few years now, have been quietly reforming footwork and juke with their consistently high quality releases and stable of fabulous, capable producers. a week ago they teased a new release on the 2nd of october, and yesterday, they upped a free compilation album to celebrate their fifth anniversary. it's comprised of all new tunes from the likes of the range, lil texas, tokyo hands, slugabed, lockah, and vespertown, alongside others, and pretty much every song is a winner. special props go to slugabed's formidable trap lullaby with the exhaustive name "did you see me was i going fast aka jet ski riddim" and closer "trifecta" from the technicolour beatsmith vespertown. you can grab the compilation for however much you wish to pay right here.
