william e. wright, member of pc music associates serious thugs, whose song "ur not a baller" was produced by a. g. cook under his dj warlord pseudonym, performed a live dj set on behalf of jack댄스 not too long ago, and the results were posted on his soundcloud for all of us to enjoy. beginning with a distorted, muffled alteration of dj sammy's house megahit "heaven", the mix then goes full throttle with pop edits, new, bouncy tracks, and a couple of old favourites, like hannah diamond's still-unreleased "beats". it's short, but it's quality all the way through. i always considered "ur not a baller" to be one of the most underrated bubblegum bass songs, and william just reinforces that belief with his crystal clear talent and golden ear for great tunes.
